The Vision Process

Step One

Book your Free Consultation

In this meeting, our builder will come out to your property and walk you through the process of bringing your dream bathroom to life. Our builder will measure up your existing bathroom and take note of any desired features you have in mind for your renovation.

We know that no two bathrooms are the same, so we pay close attention to detail to your bathrooms structural needs and required improvements to ensure we are providing true value to your home asset.  

Unable to meet us onsite?

If you are interstate or unable to physically meet with us at your property, we can arrange a virtual consultation meeting and provide you your quotation. You can also send us your plans, measurements and photos for us to provide an accurate quotation.  

Step Two

Review & Accept your Proposal

Once your consultation meeting is complete, we will review, and detail all estimates and costs associated with your bathroom renovation requirements.  We will provide you a formal proposal including everything you’ll need to know about your renovation. We will schedule a call with you to go over all sections of your proposal to answer any questions you may have, and ensure you understand all associated costs and requirements prior to proceeding.

A form will be located at the back of your proposal for your to sign when you are ready to proceed to the next step! Simply sign and return this form to us and make payment of the Pre-works fee. This fee amount will be completely deducted from your renovation contact balance once renovation works begin on site. We will then begin working with you on your design!

Step Three

Sign Off

Upon completion of your design phase, you will be provided with the following:

• Floor plan drawings & elevations

• 3D renders

• PC items schedule

• Renovation Contract  

We will help you confirm your final items and scope of work to sign off on your renovation contract value to ensure the project meets your budget. Once your contract has been signed off on and your PC items payment is received, we will begin placing orders to secure your items in time for your start date. We will closely work with you over the weeks in preparation to your start date to ensure you are fully prepared for site works to begin. We will look after the entire process for you!

Step Four

Dream Delivery

We will meet with you in the weeks prior to your start date to ensure everything is in order for your renovation works to commence. You will receive daily reports from our staff confirming the completed tasks as outlined in your project schedule. Our staff will stay in close contact with you on project updates and invoicing requirements.

Once your bathroom is near completion, prior to shower screens being installed, we will perform a final clean and attend to final defects and rectifications. Once your shower screens are installed and signed off on by our builder you will receive your handover documents and have a final meeting with our staff. We will provide you all relevant documents and certifications regarding care and warranty. In your final meeting we will run you through everything you need to know about maintaining and caring for your bathroom in the years to come.

Our services don’t stop there! We will touch base with you a few weeks after completion to ensure your bathroom is in working order and will continue to provide ongoing support and recommendations to your bathroom needs over the coming years.
